Goals:
- No major injuries or loss of lives should occur. With the correct training and information all accidents can be prevented.
- Our employees’ health and security is our main focus, and we shall actively search for ways to improve and correct.
- Every employee has the possibility – and responsibility - to take actions to improve their personal workstation.
- All employees should work together with a focus on safety and efficiency.
HSE Policy for Ikett Personalpartner AB
- Onsite personnel should always be informed about current safety regulations at the beginning at every assignment. This presupposes a close cooperation between the account manager and the client in question before the assignment is started in order to obtain this information.
- Each individual employee are responsible for their own and their co-workers safety.
- The management should have HMS at heart in all decisions and convey this throughout the organization.
- The HSE-policy is to be seen as “a work in progress” and continuously worked upon to be improved and corrected.
